Inspection on 3/6/81 discovered entire basement being used for <br />office uses. <br />The resulting Zoning Code violations at 2722 694 Frontage Road <br />are: <br />1. Violation of Council approved site plan which indicates <br />storage use in basement area. Plans dated 4/10/79. <br />Expansion on <br />2. Variance approved by Council by Resolution. <br />Council approved a variance allowing in-part the <br />development of this site with 4 less parking spaces <br />than required. The use of the basement area (4,193 square <br />feet) for offices creates the need for 28 additional <br />parking spaces. The Council did not grant a parking <br />variance for 32 less than required parking spaces. <br /> <br />
