NOW, THEREFORE, RCE declares that the real estate <br />above described as the RAE Land, and Brickner declares that the <br />real estate above described as the Brickner Land is and shall be <br />transferred, held, sold, conveyed and occupied subject to the <br />following easements and obligations, which shall run with the <br />real property and be binding on .,all parties having any right, <br />title or interest in the same, their heirs, successors and <br />assigns, and shall inure to.the benefit of each owner thereof. <br />1.
