RESOLUTION NO <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF VARIANCE APPLICATION, VN-210 <br />WHEREAS, An application for a Variance, VN-210 has been <br />made by Charles Bergman, 299 Oakwood Drive to allow a fence <br />l0 feet in height in the front and side yards of a residential <br />site. <br />WHEREAS, The procedural history .of the application is as <br />follows: <br />1. .That an application fora Variance, VN-210 was filed <br />with the City on July 13, 1979. <br />2. Than the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on August 22, 19:79.. <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all person's statements made at the Board of <br />Review meeting-were considered. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of Review that ~ <br />the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to VN-210. - <br />1. That the applicant has nat obstructed vision by using ', <br />screenin material in the fence; I <br />9 <br />2. That-the applicant has maintained the boulevard; <br />3. That the-fence has not adversly affected traffic flow <br />in that area; <br />4. That the fence provides maximum usage of the existing <br />concrete pad; <br />5. That the fence provides safety to those person's ~~ <br />using .the concrete pad; <br />6. That the fence does not have a substantial negative <br />impact on adjacent properties. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the application for VN-210 <br />is hereby recommended for approval subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That no screening material be placed in the chain <br />link fence to obstruct vision; and <br />2.
