Application for building permits in`.the <br />future will be subject to this condition. <br />12. The.garage.walls on the north and south must be brick. <br />Plans will.have to be amended. <br />13. The final plans do not call for any public streets. <br />14. The convenants.and agreements have not been reviewed by <br />the City. Attorney. <br />15. The applicant will have-the necessary information for the <br />meeting. <br />16. Landscaping plan adjacent,to the parking lot does not <br />provide adequate screening. There should be more plantings <br />and species which retain their leaves all year round. <br />Possibly a hedge could be considered. <br />17. Access to the.park through-the townhouse development is <br />- provided on the plans, it.is unclear whether an easement <br />will be granted the City. <br />18. No building permit for the townhouse units is requested at <br />this time. Application for building permits in the future <br />will be subject to this condition. <br />19. tlatermain easement~is:dedicated on the plat and has been <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />20. An agreement for the continuous use of the tennis courts <br />and that also addresses liability has been reviewed and <br />approved by the City Attorney. <br />GENERAL COMMENTS <br />The applicant proposes not to have separate water meters for each <br />condominium unit. Section~30-38 Separate Connections of the <br />City Code requires-that un7esslspecial permission is granted in <br />writing by the City Council, every premises served by the <br />municipal water system shall have a seaprate and district service <br />connection and separate meter. Because of the situation that the <br />water supply is located in an existing building, the City Engineer <br />and Building Inspector recommend-that such special permission be <br />granted. <br />
