,~N,~,~~ <br />May 15, 1980 <br />' ~ APPLICATION FOR FINAL PRD AND FINAL PLAT <br />PRD #30, PL-121 SILVER HILLS <br />PURPOSE <br />To consider the final Planned Residential Development, PRD #30 and <br />final plat, PL-121. <br />BACKGROUND <br />At its regular meeting February 27, 1980, the City Council adopted <br />a resolution approving preliminary PRD #30 and preliminary plat <br />PL-121 subject to twenty (20) conditions.. (see attached resolution) <br />CONDITIONS: <br />7. The Rice.Creek Watershed District reviewed and approved <br />the grading and drainage plans on May 14, 1980. The <br />City Engineer has no further comments at this time. <br />2. The fire department will review the plans on May 79, 1980 <br />and staff will make a verbal report at the Board meeting. <br />3. A'deed for- the park property to the City from the School <br />District for the property is presently being held in <br />eskrow until the approval of the plat. The City Attorney <br />has reviewed and approved the deed and eskrow agreement. <br />4. The Park Board reviewed the final plans at its regular. <br />meeting, May 7, 1980 (see attached minutes). The Park- <br />Board approved the park size which is now slightly smaller. <br />5. The final plan indicates slightly less than 300 feet of <br />access off of Oakwood Drive. The Park Board on .May 7, <br />1980 approved the park~area~along Oakwood Drive. <br />6. The ..Park Board also:~approved the relocation of the tennis <br />courts and the applicant has signed an agreement to <br />reconstruct the courts to city specifications. <br />7. The two pieces of equipment in the location of the <br />relocated tennis court will be removed and the swing <br />set .on the top of the hill will be relocated by the Park <br />Department. <br />,8. The Park Board has approved the proposed berm and plantings <br />immediately north of the condominium building.. <br />9. No building permit for the townhouse units is requested at <br />this time. Application for building permits in the future <br />will be subject to this condition. <br />
