<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Brighton .
<br />City Council will meet on June 10, 1990, x17:40 o'clock
<br />p. m. at the New Brighton City Hall, New Brighton,
<br />Minnesota to consider:
<br />A request for a variance, VN-214 to allow a density
<br />greater than allowed pursuant to Section 11-300,
<br />Planned Residential Development. The request results
<br />from the applicant deeding property of lust under 5
<br />acres to the City of New Brighton for park property.
<br />This proposal is related with Planned Residential
<br />Development, PRD No.'30 and proposed plat, PL-121,
<br />Silver Hills.

<br />the municipality which it purports to serve, has at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying
<br />subscribers, has an average of ai feast 75 percent of ifs total circulation currently Daid or no more then
<br />three months in arrears and has entry as second-class matter in Its local post-office, (5) Said newspaper
<br />purports to serve the Villaye of New Brighton in the County of Ramsey and ft has its known office
<br />of issue in the Village of New Brighton in said county, established and open during its regular
<br />business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements antl sale of suDSCripiion5 and main-
<br />tained by the publisher of said newspaper or persons in his employ and subiect to his direction and
<br />control during all such regular business hours at which said newspaper is printed. (6r Said news-
