The applicant was absent. <br />Roberta Thorslund, representing the Innsbruck <br />Nursing'Home, expressed concern of the potential <br />traffic that approval of this rezoning request could generate.... <br />Maynard Carpenter spoke in favor of the proposed rezoning. <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Benke to continue rezoning <br />hearing.
