Ernst <br />RCE Corporation <br />2100 Silver Lake Road <br />New Brighton, Minnesota 55112 <br />RE: Development Concerns <br />Dear Mr. Ernst: <br />This letter is to serve as a reminder of the numerous outstanding <br />development projects that you are involved with. I have prepared <br />the following general list for your attention and response: <br />1. Fee for Park Place - PRp Y27. $181.00 must be <br />paid before the City issues any more building <br />permits and no later than July 15, 1982. <br />2. Landscaping in parking lot - under the Council <br />approvals for the shopping center addition the <br />parking.lot must be re-striped and the remaining <br />landscaped areas were to be enlarged to consist <br />of an area 18'x 20'(2 parking spaces). In <br />addition, all plantings taken out of the other <br />areas were to be replanted in these remaining <br />areas. The plan also shows that these areas <br />are enclosed with concrete curbing. These items <br />will have to be complete before the temporary <br />certificate of occupancy expires September 1, 1982. <br />3. Sign Plan - the approved sign plan stated that the <br />Super Valu ground signs would be removed within <br />30 days - because of the winter months staff did <br />not enforce the 30 day deadline. However, there <br />has been ample time with good weather conditions <br />to remove those signs. Staff is requiring that <br />these signs be removed by July 15, 1982. <br />4. Sign Plan - Now that Nautilus has their wall sign <br />the small directory sign must be removed. Staff <br />is requesting that this sign be removed by <br />July 15, 1982.
