CONSIDERATION OF HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT FOR A MSA VARIANCE. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Announcement <br /> <br />Mayor Benke announced following tonight's council meeting there <br />will be an Executive Session of the Council and City Attorneys to <br />discuss the proposed settlement received from the U. S. Army of <br />the water contamination lawsuit. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Sinda had nothing to add to the staff report concerning the public <br />hearing for unpaid service charges. <br /> <br />As there were no questions from either the audience or from coun- <br />cilmembers, Schmidt moved, seconded by Williams, to CONTINUE THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE CERTIFICATION OF UNPAID SERVICE CHARGES TO <br />7:30 P.M.
