Our goals are to utilize the property in New Brighton we
own and expand within the city, maintaining 50 - 75 employees in
New Brighton.
"Competition with existing retail establishments will
be discouraged except for proposes of redevelopment."
Being a service company, we have established accounts, thus
creating no competition for any other Floor Covering Service.
"Special construction and built-ins which will preclude
alternate uses will not be included in the financing."
Where are no such items in our plans.
• We hope that our response to Resolution 2168 has been satisified.
We sincerely hope that the council recognizes our desire to
expand within the City of New Brighton by granting our request
for tax exempt status. With the money market being what it is
today, normal financing would create a debt service beyond our
company's means, requiring us to abandon our expansion plans.
Your consideration.would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Harold B cker
Becker Bros., Inc.
0
