I I I Council Meeting Minutes March 10, 1987 Egan asked if we could get a representative from the County Assessor's Office to speak to the Planning Commission to explain the factors involved when a property is valued. Benke stated perhaps it would be better for staff to make those inquiries and report back to the Planning Commission. If the Commissioners still have questions, council can take action at a subsequent meeting. On Thursday, February 26th, it became known the Army wanted to meet with the New Brighton representatives while we were there; we met at the Pentagon Friday morning and a verbal settlement proposal was presented; it was followed up in writing which will be discussed at the Executive Session.
