<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />March 10, 1987 <br /> <br />Egan asked if we could get a representative from the County <br />Assessor's Office to speak to the Planning Commission to explain <br />the factors involved when a property is valued. <br /> <br />Benke stated perhaps it would be better for staff to make those <br />inquiries and report back to the Planning Commission. If the <br />Commissioners still have questions, council can take action at a <br />subsequent meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Williams, to TABLE THE ISSUE AND <br />HAVE STAFF REASSESS THE QUESTION AND COME BACK WITH A RECOMMENDA- <br />TION AT A FUTURE COUNCIL MEETING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Announcements and Updates <br /> <br />Benke announced that following the formal agenda, the council <br />will meet in Executive Session with the City Attorney to discuss <br />and receive a potential settlement concept received recently <br />from the U. S. Army <br /> <br />Brandt reported the Pike Lake Elementary School Day was extremely <br />well attended and well orchestrated.
