We base this request on our unique <br />circumstances inthat currently we have more than enough parking space. <br />We feel our existing lot is more than adequate to serve our existing <br />needs and proposed expansion. <br />In fact, currently we never use more than half of our lot at any <br />one time. Our expansion should not put any stress on current <br />parking because we are expanding only to make more.room for ourselves. <br />Almost all of our parking needs are for ourselves and our employees. <br />Very few clients ever need to come to our law center so there's <br />not much of a traffic flow or parking problem.
