Neibauer, and Remington Builders, Inc,, through Mr* Buzzell <br />and .myself. The City will allow Remington to build a planter wall, not to <br />exceed 42" in height, along the-sides of the concrete slab shown by the perfo- <br />rated red`_line on the .site plan which accompanied the application for variance, <br />.dated June 1, 1984. <br />Portions of that wall will contain an opening (or openings) to allow access to <br />the. house. The wall may be used as support for wrought iron columns, lamps, <br />or other decorative features. Any wrought iron columns, lamps, or other deco- <br />rative features will be constructed in a manner such that they will not support <br />the roof trusses or give the visual impression of supporting the roof trusses. <br />My understanding is that you will confirm in writing that this plan is accept- <br />able without the need of our obtaining a variance.
