The City will allow Remington to build a planter wall, riot to <br />exceed 42", in height, along the sides of the concrete slab shown by the perfo- <br />rated red: line on the-site plan which accompanied the application for variance, <br />dated June 1, 1984. <br />Portions of that wall will contain an opening (or openings) to allow access to <br />the house. The wall may be used as.support for wrought .iron columns, lamps, <br />or other decorative features. Any wrought iron columns, lamps, or other deco- <br />rative features will be constructed in a manner such .that they will not support <br />the roof trusses or give the visual-impression of supporting the roof trusses. <br />My understanding is -that you will confirm in writing that this plan is accept- <br />able without the need of our obtaining a variance.
