RESOLUTION N0. <br />I~ NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />~, I <br />~~RESOLUTION MAKING rINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />I -62. <br />'NONCONFORMING USE PERM T, NC ~ <br />`~ <br />j! WHEREAS, an application fora nonconforming use permit <br />NC-62, has been made by Gregory and Deborah Meyers to allow ', <br />:construction of a new residential garage on a site with Type IV i <br />~nonconformities; and <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br />1. That an application fora nonconforming use <br />permit, NC-62 was filed with the City on <br />April 30, 1984.. <br />2. That the Planning. Commission, pursuant to w <br />published and mailed. notices, held a public <br />hearing on May 15, 1984, and all persons <br />present at the hearing were given an opportunity <br />to be heard. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission <br />that the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to NC-62: <br />1. That the site has the following Type IV nonconformites: <br />a. Less than the required side yard setback.. <br />2. That the applicant has done everything practicle <br />to reduce the existing nonconformities. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission hereby '. <br />recommends approval of NC-62. <br />Adopted this 15th day of May 1984. <br />r <br />Roger S.
