' <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ` <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING NONCONFORMING <br />USE PERMIT, NC-62. <br />WHEREAS, an application for a nonconforming use permit <br />NC-62, has been made by Gregory and Deborah Meyers to allow <br />construction of anew residential garage on a site with Type IV <br />nonconformities; and' <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br />1. That an application for a nonconforming use <br />permit, NC-62 was filed with the City on <br />April 30, 1984.. <br />2. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to <br />published and mailed notices, held a public <br />hearing on May 15, 1984, and all persons <br />present at the hearing were given an opportunity <br />to be heard. <br />3. That the application for nonconforming use permit~1984. <br />NC-62 was reviewed by the City Council on May 22, <br />4. That the comments and analysis of Staff and the Plan- <br />ning Commission minutes and recommendations were <br />considered. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the New Brighton City <br />Council that the following Findings of Fact are made in respect <br />to NC-62: <br />1. That the site has the following Type IV nonconformities: <br />a. Less than the required side yard setback. <br />2. That the applicant has done everything practical to <br />reduce the existing nonconformities. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the application for NC-62 is <br />hereby approved. <br />Adopted this day of 1984• <br />ATTEST <br />Gregory B.
