OBJECTIVES OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION PLAN <br />.The following objectives direct the implementation of the recreation <br />goals. The pian attempts to realize the goals by assisting to: <br />1. Provide sufficient space for recreational purposes. <br />2. Provide a diversity of recreational opportunities for all ages. <br />3. Facilitate traffic circulation (access) far recreational urposes <br />(reducing time and distance traveled as much as possible .. <br />4. Provide a safe environment for recreation. <br />
