Establishment of.maximum use intensities, their <br />operating and maintenance cost ramifications, <br />and how use intensities can be modified by various <br />..means such as user fees and scheduling. <br />II. Implementation Timetable.. <br />The County and City agree to implement the development of <br />Long Lake Park pursuant: to an adopted Master Flan based <br />upon a timetable contained in said Plan. <br />III. Operation and Maintenance <br />The City and County agree to operate and maintain Long Lake <br />-Park in a manner consistent with.this Statement of Under- <br />standing,. the Joint Powers Agreement the Action Plan-and <br />their reasonable ability to-fund services and agree to dis- <br />cuss service level fiscal problems in good faith. The City <br />and County agree to convey their: concerns about operation <br />and maintenance funding to the Metropolitan Council as a <br />part of the 1984 review process or as appropriate at an <br />earlier date. <br />IV. Continuation <br />The County and City agree to discuss in good faith the <br />continuation of the-joint powers agreement after the 1984 <br />Review or.
