July 15, 1981 Park Board Minutes Page 11 <br />Motion by Dahl, seconded by Solberg, to recommend Council <br />• approval of the Joint Powers Agreement with the accompanying <br />Statement of Understanding. Motion passed. <br />The Board stated -a desire to begin the master planning process. <br />A'resident asked if it wouldn't make more sense to have the <br />City Attorney look at the document first. Maybe something <br />in there that was changed that you won't agree with. <br />Dahl said the intent is clear and it will get. the process <br />started. <br />Gunderman mentioned he had several calls from people on the <br />south side of the lake who were not in the Long,Lake Improvement <br />Association. They said there was unfair representation. The <br />minutes should reflect that Paul Schweppe and Marion Tundro <br />would like to be represented from the south side of the lake. <br />Carlson asked if this will go directly to the Council. <br />Gunderman said yes. <br />VII.
