Robert Polzak, 1693 14th Ave. N.W., attorney who is representing the Long Lake Improvement Association stated he is upset and would like to give the Park Board a five hour lecture. He has a number of concerns with the Statement of Understanding and the joint powers agreement. Frankly, he can't believe the lack of under- standing with what you people plan to do. Plans to leave after his lecture so that we won't be discussing the law.. Is here in good faith and to raise issues for your concern. The homeowners understand their rights.
