Ail groups in Priorities 2, 3, 3, east have an approved ,7enait ;rior to facility use. B. Groups requesting use of school facilities shall be submitted to Community Education Department ai least eight (8j days prior to the fiat date facilities are. to be used. C. Penaits requested by a responsible adult will be approved on the basis of priority established in Paiicy 11330. 0. Permits may be requested °or one-Ciao usage or for a series of dates. Permits requested for a series of :meeting dates gust be sc`!edu'.ed within :ri-mesfer periods, (i.e., September-December, January-May, ,:une-,iuiy). E.
