School Facility Usage Responsibilities 'he acceptance of a permit issueQ for the use of schocl facilities constitutes an ackncrlclg_rnent by Lhe organization or group of the following conditions: A. An adul*_ gmu,^ supervisor ;permit holder) must be present from the time of entry irttc the facility until the time of departure.
