USE OF FACILITIES The School District hereby grants to the City permission and license to conduct at such times, after school hours, and on weekends, as will not interfere with regular school curricular, co-curricular, extra curri- cular and related activities, on said outside facilities, such recrea- tional activities, programs, or events, as the City desires to conduct, to ut~iiize the outside facilities for the optimum benefit of citizens living within the School District in general and citizens of the City in particular. To this end, the School District shall, upon execution of this agreement, furnish the Parks and Recreation Director of the City with a schedule of the dates and times on a~hich the School Dis- trict may be utilizing the said outside facilities in connection with its regular and summer school curriculums and related activities. Use of the facility shall be governed by School District Policy #1330, adopted July 8, 1974 and revised January 7, 19uU, a copy of which is attached and made a part hereof as Exhibit B. 5. TERP9INATIUN The parties may terminate this agreement by the mutual agreement • of the School District and the City, or by either party giving the other ninety (9U) days prior written notice of termination. Should this agreement be terminated, all permanent capital improvements shall remain the property of the School District. 6. DURATIUN This agreement shall be in force and of effect upon its execution by the respective parties following authorization by resolution of the governing bodies thereof and shall remain in full force until officially terminated. 7. BINDING EFFECT This agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their suc- cessors. r~ U
