<br />-3- <br />4. USE OF FACILITIES <br />The School District hereby grants to the City permission and license <br />to conduct at such times, after school hours, and on weekends, as will <br />not interfere with regular school curricular, co-curricular, extra curri- <br />cular and related activities, on said outside facilities, such recrea- <br />tional activities, programs, or events, as the City desires to conduct, <br />to ut~iiize the outside facilities for the optimum benefit of citizens <br />living within the School District in general and citizens of the City <br />in particular. To this end, the School District shall, upon execution <br />of this agreement, furnish the Parks and Recreation Director of the <br />City with a schedule of the dates and times on a~hich the School Dis- <br />trict may be utilizing the said outside facilities in connection with <br />its regular and summer school curriculums and related activities. Use <br />of the facility shall be governed by School District Policy #1330, <br />adopted July 8, 1974 and revised January 7, 19uU, a copy of which is <br />attached and made a part hereof as Exhibit B. <br />5. TERP9INATIUN <br />The parties may terminate this agreement by the mutual agreement <br />• of the School District and the City, or by either party giving the <br />other ninety (9U) days prior written notice of termination. Should <br />this agreement be terminated, all permanent capital improvements <br />shall remain the property of the School District. <br />6. DURATIUN <br />This agreement shall be in force and of effect upon its execution <br />by the respective parties following authorization by resolution of <br />the governing bodies thereof and shall remain in full force until <br />officially terminated. <br />7. BINDING EFFECT <br />This agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their suc- <br />cessors. <br />r~ <br />U <br />
