That the maximum number of condominium units <br />allowed in the existing school structure is <br />25 units ; an'd <br />1]-. That the maximum number of additional units <br />to be constructed shall not exceed l~ units. <br />The Planning;.~ommission feels that the most <br />appropriate area for additional units would <br />• s be west of the existing building or in the <br />southwest corner of the site. The_Planning <br />Commission feels the next most .appropriate <br />area for additional units would be attached <br />to the existing building; and <br />12. That the required garages are constructed. <br />for the condominium units which are of the. <br />same architectural design and materials as <br />the existing structure; and <br />13. That the proposed development will not require. <br />the installation of any public streets; and <br />14. That separate convenants, Home Owners Associa- <br />tion, and deed restrictions are required for <br />the condominium unit and the townhouse develop- <br />i merit and that the documents- be reviewed and <br />approved by the City Attorney; and <br />15. That the final plat and plans for PRD #30 show <br />each of the residential units having its sown <br />legal description so as to provide for <br />individual ownership of the units. <br />16 ..That t;he final plan provide a landscape plan <br />$"w:f~ich includes the screening through landscaping <br />'~, of the existing parking 1of adjacent to Oakwood <br />~~ _..
