Dahl stated the rinks are lighted and it would be too costly to move, Johnson asked ~.f it would not be possible then to use the. free skating rink for a soccer field in the summer. Resident Harcus contributed pictures taken of the Hansen Park parking lot showing the parking problem, how it is not util- i~ed and. know naxrow .6th Avonue is, Motion by Dahl, seconded lay Olson, to accept the pictures. Motion passed, Harcus stated again that he is opposed to the new entrance but in favor of most eVexything else, He likes the first drawing the best and feels that we should shoat for 70 car parking. Harcus felt it may be a good idea to have an in- -formation session at the shelter building fox residents. The Park aoard stated there really wasn't much time for that and that this-park hoard meeting was suppose to serve that purpose. Dahl said she would like the proposed play area moved west .so there is an unused .area around the shelter. She also ex- pressec~ concert with-the play area being close to the parking lot. Anderson said there has never been a problem with the play area there.. Resident Sylvester asked. if there was a curfew in the park.
