This would be done <br />on~a volunteer basis: <br />The community workshop which is normally held in April <br />or.May will be changed. :.A dinner will be held on the last <br />Friday in March, Saturday being~the.,workshop. <br />Benke stated that the Citizens. Study: Committee. and the <br />Jaycees would like a recognition dinner on Friday night. <br />Gunderman stated that beginning with next month's agenda <br />- <br />there 'should be an item for the Council Representative°s <br />comments of the last Council meeting. <br />Benke saated that this process wa brought about because <br />of the `joint Park Board/Council meeting held a few months <br />ago. This should alleviate any communication problems <br />retween the`Park'Board and the Council . . <br />Van.H.atten asked if information from the students, re: <br />Park inventory'was available. <br />Anderson said the students needed to talk with the Finance • <br />Director who, has been out ill. <br />VIII. ~:djournment <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10>50 p.m. <br />• <br />
