THAT THE TENNIS COURTS BE RELOCATED WITH ACCEPTABLE ACCESS <br />AND CONSTRUCTED TO CITY SPECIFICATIONS <br />Motion by Dahl, sec~nnded by Van Hatten, that the tennis <br />courts be relocated on the northeast corner of the site <br />at the developer°s expense and that the developer also <br />bear the cost of relocation of the `playground equipment. <br />Motion passed. <br />'7. THAT ANY PARK. EQUIPMENT TO BE RELOCATED AS A RESULT OF THE <br />PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT BE APPROVED BY THE-PARK BOARD. <br />Motion by Van Hatten, seconded by Johnson, to accept Item <br />#7 with the developer bearing the cost. Motion passed. <br />8. THAT-THE GRADES NORTH OF THE PROPOSED CONDOMI;IIUM SITE BE <br />ALTERED TO ALLEVIATE LIABILITY CONCERNS THROUGH LANDSCAPING <br />• Motion by Van Hatten, seconded by Westling, that the grades <br />north of the proposed condominium site be altered to alleviate. <br />liability concerns through landscaping with the expenses <br />being borne by the developer and that grading and landscaping <br />plans for the park site be approved by the Park Board. Motion <br />gassed. <br />Gunderman complimented the Planning Commission and developer <br />for a job well done, <br />VI. Unfinished Business <br />A. Comprehensive Park Plan <br />Anderson brought samples of comprehensive park plans from <br />other cities. He suggested the Park Board pick out one <br />that they like and work from it making changes, additions <br />and deletions when necessary. The Board decided that due <br />to the lateness of the hour that consideration be delayed <br />to the March meeting. <br />VII. Announcements <br />A. Special Council Meeting/Boards and Commissions Chairs <br />• A meeting will be scheduled with the Council and the Park <br />Board to discuss goals and objectives sometime in April. <br />Chairpersons of Boards and Commissions will meet. quarterly <br />with the Council. <br />
