Related to .the master site plans, provide: <br />a. Apreliminary-estimate ~f ?arobable cost o£ <br />total development. <br />b. A preliminary estim-ate of probable COSt of. <br />acc;uisition. <br />c. Advice on what kinds of major facilities can <br />be be justified economically and .from the viewpoint <br />of population. <br />d. Review of financial resources from Feder~~1, <br />State and local sources. <br />e. A time table for plan implementation, (inr.ludina <br />a phasing of probable costs), based upon need, <br />land availability, financial resources <-~nd <br />community priorities. This will be prioriti'.ed <br />in a ten year capital improvements plan. <br />C. Recommendations to existing park development: <br />1. From the information compiled in Phase I & II above <br />Saunders-Thalden & Associates, Inc. will provide <br />recommendations for future redevelopment and up- <br />grading of each existing developed park as a:~propriate. <br />2. This section shall also include making recommend~~ticns <br />for the existing Long Lake Park Master Flan in <br />regards to what recreational facilities would be <br />best suited for that park to make it a self- <br />supporting facility. <br />
