Prepare an environmental analysis of each of the <br />existing and proposed parks which will review <br />available data related to: soils, hydrology, <br />topography, vegetation, drainage, access, utilities, <br />vtnique characteristics, existing facilities. <br />2, A composite drawing of the above will be prepares}. <br />This will provide a basis for site planning <br />decisions. <br />B. Site Master Plane <br />1, From the information compiled in Phases one ~~n~3 ttao <br />above, Saunders-Thalden & Associates, Inc. caill <br />provide: Master Site Plans in<9icating: <br />Roads <br />Walks, Paths, and Bike Trails <br />Parking <br />Recreation Use Layouts . <br />Open Space <br />Planting <br />2, Presentation of a Master Site Plan o£ each of t>>e <br />four above mentioned sites in such separate forms <br /> <br />
