Prepare an environmental analysis of each of the <br />existing and proposed parks which will review <br />available data related to: soils, hydrology, <br />topography, vegetation, drainage, access, utilities, <br />vtnique characteristics, existing facilities. <br />2, A composite drawing of the above will be prepares}. <br />This will provide a basis for site planning <br />decisions. <br />B.
