Current and projected facility requirements <br />III. Neighborhood Communications <br />A. Saunders-Thalden & Associates, Inc., will assist the <br />Parks Department in conducting a community meeting for <br />residents. This will be for the presentation of general <br />city-wide information and also include "break down" <br />sessions with neighbors from each park area discussing <br />their concern for their park. Saunders-Thalden 6 <br />1~ssociates, Inc. will provide group leaders to assist in <br />these discussions. <br />B. The purpose of these meetings is to reasonably relatf~ <br />the facilities in the parks to the priorities of the <br />neighborhood. The result of doing this could mean: <br />1. Not spending dollars foolishly. <br />2. Greater use of the parks. <br />3. Less conflicts. <br />~. Fewer complaints. <br />5. Less vandalism end greater responsibility for the <br />care of the parks on the part of the adjacent <br />neighbors. <br />
