Analysis of the Community: <br />A. Inventory of the geological and natural resources <br />1. Topography <br />2. -Soil <br />3. vegetation <br />4. .Hydrology <br />5. Historic Landmarks <br />B. Inventory and projections of .the demographic characteristics <br />based on current and 1980 census data (if available) <br />1. Population with Projection to 1990 <br />2. Age <br />3. Sex <br />4. Income <br />5. Education <br />C. Review existing land use. and projected land use: <br />Residential, industrial and commercial. <br />D. Inventory of existing New. Brighton Parks & Recreation- <br />Facilities (to be coordinated with existing inventory <br />of City Farks) . <br />II. Recreation Profile: <br />A. Prepare a community survey for distribution`to randomly <br />seleeted citizens to gather inforrnatian about .thee needs <br />the peopleperceive. <br />
