Site location recommendations for future parks (if necessary). <br />II Site development planning of existing undeveloped parks. <br />.This shall include making planning recommendations for eight <br />developed parks as well as the following future park <br />developments: <br />Veterans Park (Redevelopment) approx. 5 acres <br />Creek View Park (Undeveloped) approx. 7 acres <br />Undeveloped Site (Near golf course approx. 5 acres <br />Hansen Park (Additional Dev.) approx.. 59 acres <br />A. .Analysis <br />1. .Prepare an environmental analysis of each of the <br />existing and proposed parks which will review. <br />available data related to; soils, hydrology, <br />topography, vegetation, drainage, access, utilities, <br />unique characteristics, existing facilities. <br />2. A composite drawing of the above will be prepared. <br />This will provide a basis for site planning <br />decisions. <br />B. Site Master Plans <br />1. From the information compiled in Phases, one and. two <br />above, Saunders-Thalden & Associates, inc. will <br />provide: Master Site Plans indicating: <br />Roads <br />Walks, Paths, and. Bike Trails <br />Parking <br />Recreation. Use Layouts <br />Open Space <br />Planting <br />2, Presentation of a Master Site Plan of each of the <br />four above mentioned sites in such separate forms <br />
