OPERATIONS: NEW ITEMS: ,~ AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION: i (b) The COUNTY will perform all tree. maintenance including inspection, marking, .removal and disposal of dead or diseased 'trees; provide all litter disposal. services, complete-all ~ necessary repairs to paved surfaces (but not including replacement thereof), repairs and maintenance of exterior lighting, installation and maintenance of all required signing and all mair~.er;ance of nature trails. (c) Building r-epairs and maintenance will. be per- formed by the.. party responsible for programming and operation of that facility. (3) Authority and responsibility for programming and operational performance for the entire Long Lake-Rush Lake Metro- politan Regional Park shall be allocated as hereinafter set out below: (a) The CITY will program and'ope~rate the Boat Launch facility, the Beach and Beach Concessions Facility, the Family and-Table Picnic areas. (b) The COUNTY shall program and operate the Nature. Center Facilities and Nature Interpretative Program _ ~ Services, the Large Group Picnic and Camping areas. 2. Any funding, p m Q!^amming, operations or maintenance items which may hereafeer arise or be made known to the parties and which have.. not been specifically delegated under terms of this agree- ment, shall be negotiated and resolved by means of concurrant resolutions of the governing bodies of the CITY and the COUNTY, ,which resolutions shall by reference, 'be incorporated herein and become a part of this agreement: ~~ 3.
