Dahl, Grimshaw, Gunderman, Johnson, <br />Olson, G~•lestling <br />Park Board Members Absent: Carlson, Hopan, Kern <br />III. Minutes of the P?ovember 7, 1.979 meeting were approved as sub- <br />muted . <br />IV. Correspondence. <br />A. Letter/Chuck Corlett <br />It was noted that Charles Corlett resigned and his letter <br />to the Park Board will be sent out with the minutes. <br />V. New Business <br />A. Silver Oak School Property <br />J. A. Cadwallader, potential developers was present to ex- <br />plain and to answer questions regarding his four proposals <br />for development of Silver Oak. <br />1. Four single family homes fronting on Oakwood, 20 foot <br />walY.~-ay on northeast corner of property. <br />2. Four single family homes, walkway south of homes. <br />3. Three homes, approximately 80 foot access from north- <br />- west corner.- <br />4. Three homes, 75 foot access from south of homes. <br />(See attached drawings) <br />Cadwallader explained that he had entered into an agree- <br />ment with the St. Anthony School District to purchase <br />Silver Oak School. Cadwallader met with many boards and <br />commissions regarding the purchase of the school. Con- <br />cerns wereo retention of the sliding hill, parking and <br />garages for proposed condominiums, access to the park. <br />The site is approximately 8.9 acres located on the south <br />side of Silver Lane and west of the apartments. The pro- <br />posal is to have the property divided into condominiums <br />with single family homes fronting Oakwood and most play <br />apparatus could stay where it is. The Park Board was asked <br />by the Board of Review to to review and comment on develop- <br />meet plans for Silver Oak. <br />
