No person shall operate a non-motorized watercraft, except a sailboat, in the wake zone of the lake when motor-powered watercraft producing a wake occupy the- . ~ same half as divided by the channel of .the lake. Sec. 19-35. Direction of Travel No .person shall operate a watercraft producing a wake in a clockwise direction; the only permissible direction shall be to operate the boat in a counter-clockwise ~' direction. Sec. 19-36. Motorized Vehicles on Lake Surface Ice ~~ a. Speed limit. No ,person shall operate a motorized ~~ vehicle in excess of 30 miles per hour. '.' b. Distance. Boat and Water Safety Rules and Reg- ulations Promu~~ated by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Any person violating the Minnesota Waters and Water- " craft .Safety Laws and the Boat and Water Safety Rules and Regulations promulgated. by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, adopted and incorporated herein by reference, shall be subject to the penalties and punish- ment hereinafter provided. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect after its adoption and publication except Sec. 19.31 c and d which shall take effect upon the official opening of the Long- Lake Regional Park boat launch.
