<br />OR~`t <br />Sec. 19-35. <br />No person shall operate a watercraft producing a wake <br />or towing a person on waterskis, aqua plane, sur~'board, <br />saucer or other device in a clockwise direction; tc~e only <br />permissable direction for such activities shall be to <br />operate the boat in a counter-clockwise direction. <br />Sec. 19-3~. Motorized Vehicles. <br />a. :Speed lim~.t. No person shall operate a motorized <br />ve'r?~.cle on the lake surface ice in excess of <br />30 miles per hour. <br />b. Distance. No person shall operate a motorized <br />vehicle in excess of eight miles per hour within <br />one hundred fifty feet of any fishexman, fish house, <br />pedestrian, skier, skater, skating rinks or other <br />area whexe such operation would conflict with or <br />endanger other persons or property. <br />c. No person shall operate a motor vehicle on the lake <br />surface ice unless headlights and tail lights are <br />illuminated. <br />Sec . ~,9~-37 <br />The Director of Parks and Recreation or the City <br />IMs.na~;er, upon determining that there is probable danger to <br />'persons or property, may close the lake surface to all <br />irecreational use by posting notice of such order at the <br />~,nublic launching sites. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect a.~'ter its <br />adoption and publication except Sec. 19.33_ c and d which <br />shall take effect upon Opening of the public boat launch. <br />',ATTEST: <br />James fir.
