Lighted Athletic Facilities - Council does not appear fi <br />to be supportive of additional lighting in local parks. <br />2. Handball/Raquetball -City-Council .wishes to delete that <br />from `the program as being an inappropriate City. ex-` <br />pendture. <br />3.
