Golf Course - Staff reviewed status of negotiations and <br />informed the Board that the Council had decided to use <br />$100,000 of Capital Ir~iprovement money to fund a down <br />payment. <br />New Business <br />A. Hidden Lake Improvement - Staff reviewed the engineers <br />proposal for the improvement. Notion by ?~?estling, <br />seconded by Kern to recommend that the ditch be left <br />open. Motion Passed <br />B.
