<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />November 25, 1986 <br /> <br />Council Business, Continued <br /> <br />Mattila reviewed the staff report concerning a request for a <br />variance from Section 4-240 (c) of the Zoning Code for a lesser <br />street sideyard setback. Matil'a further stated the Planning <br />Commission heard the issue and has recommended approval of the <br />variance conditioned upon driveway having access off Mississippi <br />Street only. <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Williams to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT A RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING VN-250. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Mattila briefly reviewed the staff report concerning a request <br />to subdivide a parcel of land into four lots for two 2-family <br />homes. Matilla stated the Planning Commission's recommendation <br />was for approval of the final plat, subject to the conditions of <br />the preliminary plat approval, which have been met. <br /> <br />In answer to a question by Brandt, Mattila pointed out the exact <br />location of the lots on the map. <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Williams to APPROVE FINAL PLAT <br />PL-150, SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS OF PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br />(RESOLUTION 86-122). <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Mattila reviewed the staff report concerning a resolution approv- <br />ing a special use permit for the temporary operation of an on-site <br />incinerator to clean contaminated soils and the construction of a <br />temporary meta' structure to house the incinerator; and stated the <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the special use permit. <br /> <br />Mattila stated that there were additions to the resolution, as <br />drafted by the City Attorney.
