The rink would be operated and controlled by the Village from <br />5000 p.m, on, Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and <br />Sunday. <br />Seconded by Dahl. <br />Hagemeyer stated that he objected to the delay in providing a free- <br />skating area. <br />Motion carried. <br />Community Education Meeting <br />Smith reported that he and Dahl had attended a meeting with residents <br />of District 621 concerning the Community Education Program. <br />Department Report <br />1. The Board was notified that the budget hearing for 1.873 will take <br />place on Wednesday, October 11th and their attendance was encouraged. <br />2. Gunderman, Cook and Dahl were notified that their terms expire in <br />1973 and it was suggested that they transmit to the Council their <br />desires as to continued service. <br />3. It was explained to the Board that a development proposal for a <br />small part of the property located at County Road E and Silver <br />Lake Road was before Council.
