<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />November 10, 1986 <br /> <br />Council Business, continued <br /> <br />Kelley had no comments to the staff report concerning the prohi- <br />bition of parking on the south side of 14th Street N.E. from <br />First Avenue N.W. to the I-35W right-of-way. <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Schmidt, to WAIVE THE READING <br />AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE SOUTH SIDE OF 14TH STREET <br />N.W. FROM FIRST AVENUE N.W.
