No more than ~Of of available ice time is to be reserved for <br /> organized activity. <br />2 No more than 22 hours on a single weekday or 32 hours on a <br />. single weekend day will be given to one organization. <br />3 Every organized group making use of the rink must present to <br />, the shelter attendant within one week of the opening of the <br /> rinks a schedule of their intended use through the 15th of <br /> February. The schedule should include the following information: <br /> a. The specific group or team using the rink at a given time. <br /> b. The name and address of the adult responsible for the group <br /> using the rink. <br /> c. The specific use to which the rink is being put. <br />~-, Every group or team reserving a skating facility will be given <br />t be <br /> a definite starting and finishing time. These times mus <br />' absolutely adhered to. <br />' a. Groups must be on the ice by 15 minutes after their starting <br /> time or their reservation is forfeited. <br /> b. All scheduled hockey games must begin by 6:00 p.m. and <br /> finish by 7:30 p.m. <br /> c. No exceptions will be permitted to the above without prior <br /> approval of the Department office. <br />5, Groups desiring use of skating facilities on a regular basis <br />k & Recreation Department <br />P <br /> ar <br />must present their request to the <br />rior to September 15th. After than date reservations will only <br /> p <br />-be approved for two weeks in advance. <br />6. All games must involve at least one New Brighton team. <br />7. It is recommended that no more than four teams be assigned to <br />one rink. No more than five will be permitted. <br />8. The Department will attempt, within its limitations, to provide <br />adequate skating time for all individuals.
