Bids are to be let .June 4, 1963 for the pro <br />posed highway which will ga through the fQrmt4r beach area. it will protrabiy take 30 <br />days from that date to determine who will get the bid. There is a strong possibility <br />that the beach area can be used fear swimming in 1963. However, na guarantee can be <br />roads. New Brighton Rec. Assn, is to be invited to April 3 Park Board meeting to d~s- <br />cuss developments of a beach for 1963. <br />Partyka initiated discussion of future park and playground areas.
