Dahl <br />To Wham it May Concern: <br />I have known Mrs Dahl for fifteen years, in her capacity as a corcrcrnanity <br />leader through her involvement with the New Brighton City Council and the <br />New Brighton Park Board, and in her capacity as a parent and friend.. <br />I have been impressed by Mrs.Dahl's enthusiasm, her energy, and her devotion <br />to people, both children and adults. She takes time and care in the preparation <br />and presentation of-her ideas. She exhibits a willingness to listen to and tmder- <br />stand avariety of points of view. She has a great deal of patience in problem <br />solving situations serves well as a moderator between opposing forces, and danon- <br />strates anability to involve a variety of people with differing points of view <br />in working for canmon causes. <br />Mrs. Dahl has rapport with people.
