r r PreJ1Ov-S Ord?.•.a~v~Ca.~ ORDINANCE NO. 4 5 4 AN ORDINANCE GOVL:RNING SURFACE USE OF LONG LAKE The Council of the City of New Brighton does hereby ordain as follows: Section 1. Chapter 19 of the New Brighton City Code is hereby amended by adding thereto Article III, Long Lake Surface t-se which shall read as follows: Sec. 19-30. Definitions. F'or the purposes of this Chapter, the following words dnd phrases shall have the meaning respectively ascribed to th~:mz Wake: Is any disturbance of the water caused by a motor- powered watercraft operating in excess of closed throttles and in excess of 5 MPH. „~ . . No Wake: Is the disturbance in the water, if any, caused by non-motorized watercraft or motorized watercraft oper..~~in~; a t c lose~d throttle and less than 5 MPfi . S~~c. 19- 31 . No Wake Zones . a. A no wake zone is hereby established on the surface of Long Lake to cover all waters within 100 feet of t.hcr shoreline except as .modified by authorized bout's. b.
