Sec. 19-35. Direction of Travel <br />Watercraft producing a wake shall only be operated in a <br />counter-clockwise direction. <br />Sec. 19-36. Motorized Vehicles on Lake Surface Ice. <br />a. Speed limit. No person shall operate a motorized vehicle <br />in excess of 30 miles per hour. <br />b. Distance. No person shall operate a motorized vehicle <br />in excess of eight miles per hour within one hundred <br />fifty feet of any fisherman, fish house, pedestrian, <br />skier, skater, skating rink, where such operation would <br />endanger other persons or property. <br />c. No person shall operate a motorized vehicle unless head- <br />lights and taillights are illuminated. <br />Sec. 19-37. <br />The Director of Parks and Recreation or the City Manager, <br />may close the lake surface to all recreational use by posting <br />notice or the Order upon determining the existance of conditions <br />which constitute a danger to pers*~ns or property. <br />PROVIDED that the lake cannot be closed for more than one (1) <br />week without the approval of the Council. <br />Sec. 19-38. <br />Violations of the Minnesota Waters and Watercraft Safety Laws <br />and Boat and Water Safety Rules and Regulations Promulgated by the <br />Minnesota Department of Natural Resources: <br />Any person violating the M .~nesota Waters and Watercraft Safety. <br />Laws and the Boat and Water Safety Rules and Regulations promulgated <br />by the Minnesota. Department of Natural Resources, adopted and in- <br />corporated herein by references, shall be subject to the penalties <br />and punishment therein provided. <br />Section 2.
