Does the City have equip- ment to handle mowing? .City intends to buy Texgas-which is worth about $400,000 plus. interest. Can't follow this. What about liability? Where. does capital improvement money for park come from? What if someone gets hurt or killed. Think City should sell property, put money into downtown where it creates some revenue.
