Play equipment instal ation
should start in-the spring and be completed by late summer.
• A resident asked if the paved path would be on the perimeter.
Anderson said it will go into the lower part and 40 feet would
be the closest to the homes. There will be an easement for fire
access. Heavier path for emergency vehicles is planned by the
condominiunns .
Hogan asked if the path would be open during the winter.
Anderson said yes.
A resident asked how wide the paved path would be on the north edge.
Anderson said 8 feet which is standard to accomodate both bicycles
and pedestrians.
The resident expressed concern that the path would encourage motorized
vehicles.
Anderson said it hadn't in other parks. If it were a serious problem
there is the possibility of putting up a fence but once the path is
completed there shouldn't be a problem.
A resident requested that shrubs be in about 1 or 2 ft. from the
property in case a fence was necessary.
• A resident requested that the healthy trees in the area be left.
Anderson agreed they want to save them.
