Anders~~ctor of Parks and Recreation <br />Re: Long Lake Park Progress Report <br />Ofi season work is progressing at a very reasonable <br />pace. I am especially heartened to note that the pipeline. <br />matter is nearing resolution. The "tar pits" remain an <br />area of concern, however, it is possible to temporarily <br />relocate the material on site next spring if final disposal <br />is; not accomplished. -,The tar pits are located in .the area <br />planned for beach parking so that area must be available for <br />construction this spring. <br />
