~fi <br />The building, including an ancillary outhouse, will be restored <br />to a condition characteristic of the late 1880'x, The cost of <br />relocation, restoration, operation and maintenance of the depot <br />will be borne by the New Brighton Area Nistarical Society and <br />done in conformance with a Premises Lease Agreement executed <br />between Ramsey County and the Historical Society, (Refer to <br />attached agreement). <br />The depot will be operated as a museum and also will feature a <br />small gift shop, library and geneological center for research <br />and study, The depot will be surrounded by a wood plank plat- <br />farm leading to a spur or siding track with railroad display <br />cars. <br />A bituminous paved parking lot located adjacent to the depot <br />wi11 provide spaces for 6 cars, Additional parking will be <br />provided by the 30 spaces nature interpretive area parking lot <br />which is approximately 350 feet northeast of the designated <br />site.
